At MG&Co., we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most furniture and decor items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made pieces and final sale items are not eligible for standard returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MG&Co. account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the items back into their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
